Advance Payment Bookings

Some of our accommodation rates require payment in full, in addition to a deposit.  Please note that once any payment has been made, it is strictly  non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

A cancellation charge, equivalent to the cost of your first night's accommodation will be applied to all bookings cancelled after 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival.  This policy also applies to any room nights cancelled once staying in the hotel.

Confirmed Bookings

All accommodation bookings require a deposit.  This is payable at the time of booking by a valid credit or debit card.  Payment can also be made by personal cheque if this has cleared prior to arrival. 

Confirmation Letter

All bookings are not deemed confirmed until you have received a  written letter of confirmation from the hotel, usually sent by email.

Families

Extra Beds can be provided in some of our rooms. Up to 2 children aged 12 years or younger may stay in these rooms when accompanied by an adult, for a charge of £15.00 per child per night, including full English breakfast. Children occupying their own room, or a room with one other adult, will be charged at the published tariff.

Infants

Cots are available for our infant guests at a charge of £5 per cot per night.  Please ask for this service at the time of booking.

Pets

Dogs and cats are very welcome – a charge of £7.50 per dog or cat per night is applicable.  Pets receive their own, blanket, bowl and biscuit for your convenience.

Check-in and Check-out

Arriving guests are welcome to check in any time from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to check out at any time prior to 11am on the morning of departure. Please ensure that you check -out with a member of staff at Reception.

Late Check-out

This can be arranged with Reception prior to 11.00am but is a charged at £15 per hour for each full or part hour past 11.00am.

Payment

Payment may be made by debit or credit card. Please note that we only accept the following cards: Maestro, Solo, Visa and MasterCard, (we do not accept American Express).  Cheques are not accepted as payment unless funds have cleared prior to check-out.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside hotel guest rooms or anywhere else inside the hotel. A £100 fine is payable for committing this offence and will be automatically added to your room account.

Personal Property

SM&G Leisure Ltd cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any property or persons on these premises, or to any vehicle in our Car Park.  Hotel guests and visitors use the Car Park at their own risk.

VAT

Please note that prices shown include 20% VAT.  If any further increases are levied by the Government, this surcharge will be added to any confirmed bookings held in our system and will be payable by the guest at check-out.
