Families

Extra Beds can be provided in some of our rooms.

Up to two children may stay in each room, for a charge of £25.00 per child per night, including full English breakfast when sharing a room with two adults. Children occupying their own room, or a room with one other adult, will be charged at the published tariff.

Infants

Cots are available for our infant guests at a charge of £10 per cot per stay. Please ask for this service at the time of booking.

Cancellations

A cancellation charge, equivalent to the cost of your first night's accommodation will be charged on all bookings cancelled after 4.00pm on the day prior to arrival.

Unconfirmed Bookings

Bookings not guaranteed with a valid credit card, or by written letter of confirmation will be released at 2pm on the day prior to arrival.

Pets

Dogs and cats are very welcome – a charge of £25 per dog or cat per stay is applicable.

Check-in and Check-out

Arriving guests are welcome to check in any time from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to check out at any time prior to 11am on the morning of departure. Please ensure that you check -out with a member of staff at Reception.

Notes

Payment may be made by debit or credit card. Please note that we only accept the following cards: Maestro, Solo, Visa and MasterCard, (we do not accept American Express).

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside hotel guest rooms or anywhere else inside the hotel. A £100 fine is payable for committing this offence and will be automatically added to a room account.

VAT

Please note that prices shown include 17.5% VAT. If any further increases are levied by the Government, this surcharge will be added to any confirmed bookings held in our system and will be payable by the guest at check-out.
