Accommodation

As a 37 bedroom hotel, we have ample space to accommodate your guests, with free car parking at the rear of the hotel on a first come, first served basis. 

As most of our wedding couples require us to provide a minimum number of bedrooms for their immediate family and friends, we ask that you book a minimum of 10 rooms with your wedding. We are happy to offer these at a rate discounted from our normal room tariff.

Feature Suites: Three of our bedrooms are feature rooms. We have a mini-suite with a half tester bed and two historic bedrooms full of period charm

Lullington Room, Jevington Room, or The Glynde Room with full English breakfast £140.00 per night

 

Standard Doubles and Twins:

First 10 rooms with full English breakfast         £115.00 per room per night

Book 20+ rooms with full English breakfast     £99.00 per room per night for all rooms

 

To Book Accommodation:
Please note that in order to benefit from the discounted bedroom rate we require a £50.00 non refundable deposit per bedroom payable at the time of booking and one person to be nominated to co-ordinate the bookings and provide the rooming list. Bedrooms cannot be confirmed until a deposit is paid. Please note that cancellation before 4pm on the day prior to the wedding will incur a loss of deposit only. Cancellation after this time will incur the loss of the first nights’ accommodation charge.

Children:  Some of our rooms can accommodate up to two roll away beds for children aged 12 and under.  A supplement of £20 per bed per night applies and includes breakfast. 

Infants:  Aged 2 years and under infants can be accommodated in a travel cot with linen for a charge of £5 per cot per night.

 

ARRIVE EARLY OR STAY FOR LONGER
Why not arrive the day prior and wake up relaxed on the wedding morning with a fresh breakfast and plenty of time to prepare for the day.  We can offer you a reduced rate of just £90.00 including breakfast for a standard double/twin room.
