Our menu changes regularly and seasonally, but here is a sample menu:

Chef’s soup of the day

Smoked salmon and cress salad with a fresh lime dressing

Chicken liver parfait served with toasted brioche and red onion chutney

Greek salad with feta cheese. black olives and red onion

Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus

Roast loin of pork with chestnut stuffing and a cinnamon jus

Whole grilled Newhaven plaice served with mixed leaves and a lemon and caper butter

Spinach and goat’s cheese tart with cress salad and balsamic dressing

 (All dishes served with a selection of fresh vegetables of the day)

Strawberry vacherie, with fresh cream, berry coulis and flaked almonds

Homemade strawberry and mascarpone cheesecake served with raspberry coulis

Steamed chocolate pudding served with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream

Homemade bread and butter pudding with vanilla ice cream

£10.95 Per Person - Two Courses – Child portion

£2.50 per person – Fresh coffee or tea and mints

Service Charge – For non-residents of the hotel a 10% Service Charge will be added to your final bill.
