Contract to be signed by bride & groom or one person appointed on their behalf (CLIENT) who is paying for the group accommodation. The ‘CLIENT’ will be then contracted to manage the bedrooms and provide hotel with a rooming list. The hotel will not accept payments directly from guests, all guests using the hotel accommodation will need to arrange payments with the ‘CLIENT’.
Unused bedrooms will remain unused, and will not be re-sold or allocated to non-wedding attendees. No refunds will be issued on unused rooms. The price of each standard double/twin is £125.00 B&B, the price of a feature room or suite is £150.00.
Signed contract, together with a £500 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm each booking. The balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.
When multiple parties request the same date, right to first refusal is given to first enquiry with a 48 hour opportunity to deposit and confirm the date. 2nd party will then be given option to confirm and first to pay deposit will have date confirmed for them.
For enquires on undisputed dates, rooms and hotel space will only be held for a maximum of 14 days from date of enquiry. All unconfirmed bookings will be released for re-sale after 14 days with no exceptions.
No reductions on packages available, i.e. if ceremony hire not needed.
